

Awards presented

At the recent BTPA AGM, the following awards were presented to pullers and their teams:
Steve Beattie memorial trophy (for a non-competing member) - Performance Sledge Team.
Hooker of the year - John Pye, Blue Donkey.
Best turned out team - On the Limit.
Best turned out tractor - Midnight Mistress.
Ford Performance Trophy - Lancashire Bomber.
BTPA members voted on what they considered to be their Event of the Year, and this was presented to BA Stores for its Scottish Championship pull; and they also voted for the Puller of the Year, which was awarded to Limited Pro Stock competitor Stuart Noblet.
In addition, end-of-season awards were presented to the following British Championship points-winning tractors:
Super Farm - 1st Red Bull (David Todd/Matt Harpley); 2nd Smokey 2 (Mhairie Cameron; 3rd Jungle Rock (Gary Phillips).
Limited Pro Stock - 1st Red Mist (Stuart Noblet); 2nd Lancashire Bomber (Jimmy Latham/Dave Pickup), 3rd G Force (Giles Moston).
Super Sport - 1st Caesar (Jamie Fleming); 2nd Orange Factory (Kerry Foster); 3rd Xtreme Force (Kevin Carnegie).
Pro Stock - 1st Rough Justice (Ted Nicholson); 2nd Diesel Dragon (Nathan Jones), 3rd Iced Bear (Andy Miller).
Limited Super Stock - 1st Thunderstrock (Stephen Charles).
Super Stock - 1st Just Smoky (David Jones), 2nd Red Alert (Geoff Ashcroft).
Light Modified - 1st On the Limit (Ellie Pacey); 2nd Kitt (Chris Knight/Grant Hay); 3rd Aftermath Unleashed (Dan Whittingham).
Modified - 1st Snoopy 3 (Josh Whittingham), 2nd Aftermath Unleashed (Dan Whittingham); 3rd Aftermath (Karl Carter).
Heavy Modified - 1st Snoopy 3 (Josh Whittingham).
