2024 Annual General Meeting

The 2024 BTPA AGM will take place at 2.00pm on Sunday 28 January 2024, at Guys Thatched Hamlet, Canalside, St Michael's Road, Garstang, Bilsborrow, Preston PR3 0RS.
The Board of Directors request proposals for the AGM are submitted in writing to the secretary (contact details: btpasecretary@hotmail.co.uk) by Sunday 14 January 2024. This will allow a voting list to be compiled and electronically issued to members. The list will also be added to the BTPA website for those members who do not have access to email.
Please also submit any nominations for election to the Board of Directors of the BTPA.
Members may submit their votes by proxy for items on the pre-determined voting list. The voting list must be signed by the member and received by the Secretary no later than 48 hours prior to the AGM.
Please note that only fully paid-up adult members of the BTPA (competing, non-competing and honorary) are eligible to vote.
