Pist n Broke uses a JD 6466 block mated to a JD 4430 backend and transmission. The engine uses a stroked crankshaft, lifting displacement from 466 to 504ci. A modified JD 55-series cylinder head with bigger valves is fed by 4.6in Holset turbo. A Sigma pump with 16mm elements provides the fuel. Very little is now original. The tractor was originally built by Ron Jonson in the States and was brought to the UK by Super Stock legend Peter Clarke as the Running Deere.
