The 2021 BTPA AGM will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 27 January 2021. 

Due to restrictions around Covid-19, this meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams. The link to the meeting will be sent out in the New Year. 

As this meeting is virtual rather than face to face, the decision has been taken to only discuss essential business at the AGM, (adoption of the accounts, serving directors etc.) A full agenda with discussion items will be circulated in the new Year. 

Proposals from members are still very much welcome, but they will either be discussed at a face-to-face meeting after the restrictions are relaxed, or via an electronic voting list, again before the start of the 2021 season. 

This applies to all proposals except those for additions to the Board of Directors – these will be added to an electronic voting list and circulated prior to the AGM. All votes this year will be cast via proxy vote (in advance of the meeting). 

If you wish to submit a proposal for consideration, the Board of Directors request that they are submitted in writing to the secretary (contact details below) by Wednesday 13 January 2021. This will allow the Directors to make a decision regarding either holding a face-to-face meeting or issuing a voting list.
